The Oaks Rehabilitation Unit is a self-contained unit within Woodside Hall. It has been created for adults with health conditions, whose confidence and daily living skills need to be developed in order to return to as normal life as possible.
The Oaks focuses on identifying existing skills and strengths and making the most of these to adapt or overcome needs and areas of difficulty. We offer opportunities to practice and build confidence in everyday activities, such as preparing food or climbing the stairs.Enquire About Room Availability
